We will customize your wedding photography package to fit your needs and create stunning memories to last a lifetime. From the getting ready to the last dance, we've got a way to capture the moments of your special day. Below are some examples of some of the many intricate parts you can add to your wedding package. Wedding packages start at $1,000. Be sure to send a personal message because we have booking incentives through out the year, promotional offers and we can customize any package to try to work within any budget. We also have some fun creative add-ons available to make your wedding even more magical!

Basic Package
Basic Package includes Ceremony photos (full coverage of the ceremony from start to finish) A second shooter will be included to help capture bother Bride and Groom as they exchange their vows.
This package also includes formal photos of the bridal party, intimate couple photos of the bride and groom and can also include family photos.

Getting Ready Package
If you would like photos of the bride and groom getting ready the morning of the wedding, this can be added onto the basic package for $600 This would include both a second shooter and a primary shooter to cover both the bride and groom getting ready or if you prefer both capturing the bride getting ready. This includes up to two hours. (more time can be requested for an additional fee of $200 per hour

Reception
The Reception is when the party really gets started. Speeches, candid photos of friends and family, decor details; reception photos can be added to your Basic Package.
Price varies if coverage goes up until last dance or for additional time.

First Look
First look photos are an amazing way to capture the intimate moment of the groom seeing his bride for the first time and before the ceremony. This can be an intimate moment between the couple and make for an amazing addition to your wedding memories. The first look can include a few others such as family or the bridal party. The first look includes a half hour to an hour.

Travel Fees
Travel Fees are applicable outside of the Drumheller Valley are $50 for every half hour of travel time. Example: 15 minutes of travel would be $50, 30 minutes would be $50, 45 minute to an hour would be $100)
Be sure to inquire as depending on which package you get and the location, travel fees maybe waived.

Overtime
Any overtime hours of photography (if the reception runs behind or we are asked to stay later then what the packages include there will be additional fees, includes the whole photography team that is booked for your special day.

Engagement Sessions
Each wedding package includes a complimentary engagement session. Sessions are up to 2 hours in length and include up to 20 retouched downloadable images. Engagement Sessions booked on their own are $350. Travel fees maybe required.

Full Day Package
The full day package includes the basic package (ceremony, formals, getting ready photos, reception, with a complimentary engagement session.
$3,300 value for a full package of $2,950
There is a $500-$750 (depending on which package your go with) non refundable retainer upon booking to secure your date and time. This amount will be taken off of the amount left owing the day of the wedding. If you haven't settled on the exact package that is ok! You can still secure your date and time with a retainer and decide on the package later. Once the retainer is paid, we will do either a phone, zoom or in-person meeting to discuss in detail your wishes and how we can capture your wedding day memories. We will discuss timing, locations, and any details you would like to share about your special day. We will also book your engagement session at this time. Payment arrangements are available for those who qualify on full day packages. If you need to break the fees up into payments to ensure your fees are paid in full on or before the wedding day. Retainers must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Your date and time are not secure until the retainer is paid in full. Invoices and receipts will be sent out and updated whenever payments are made.

Creative Extras
Smoke Bombs
Smoke Bombs can be a fun and creative addition to your evening sweetheart photos. With an assortment of colours and the sunsetting, the colours will stand out and create a romantic atmosphere for your intimate photos.
We provide smoke bombs of any colour and the assistant to make the images go smoothly.

Sparklers
Sparklers can add that extra touch of mood to your sunset photos. The moodiness of the lighting, the fun of including friends, besides who doesn't like playing with sparklers to add romantic lighting to end your sunset photos.

Bubbles
Bubble machines and hand held mini bubble wands handed out as you are reentering the venue after your sweetheart photos make for not only an epic entrance but for amazing photos. Our team will coordinate handing out bubbles to guests and have them ready to blow bubbles as you enter the reception or re-enter the hall after your sweetheart session.
